What you send us

When you inquire, we ask for your name, email, event date, venue or city, and event type. You may also share a phone number, partner’s name, package preference, and message. We use these details to check the date, respond, and discuss coverage. Please leave sensitive information out of the message box.

Where it goes

When the form opens an email draft, your details stay in the page until you choose to open your email app. You send that draft to our Gmail inbox yourself. The website does not save that draft as an inquiry or send it automatically. If direct online submission is enabled, inquiry details are stored with our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, and sent to our booking inbox through our email provider. A live calendar check, when connected, sends the date to Google Calendar and returns only whether a date conflicts; visitors do not receive private event details.

Video and cookies

Our video galleries load preview images from YouTube. If you choose to play a video, the player loads from YouTube and may receive technical information about your visit. We do not currently run an advertising pixel or visitor analytics on this site. The hosting platform may use essential security or access cookies. If we add optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide a choice before it runs.

Access and retention

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond, manage bookings, and meet applicable business obligations. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where appropriate, email peaklegacyvideos@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
